Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued and the theme downloaded.
We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if: the theme has a major bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and we are unable to fix it within 72 hours of your report.
Refunds are not available for: change of mind, incompatibility with third-party apps not mentioned in our docs, issues caused by theme modifications, or purchases older than 7 days.
