Upon purchasing a theme from Floxo, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on one (1) Shopify store. The license is perpetual and includes all future updates to the purchased theme version.
You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme or its source code with third parties; use the theme on more than one store per license; or remove any license validation mechanisms built into the theme.
All intellectual property rights in the themes remain with Floxo. Your license grants usage rights only — you do not own the theme code.
All purchases are final. Licenses are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
Support covers installation issues, theme bugs, and customization questions within the scope of the theme editor. Custom development is not included.
